Outer City Arts exists to provide access to resources and experiential learning opportunities for rural communities in all aspects of creative expression, locally, provincially nationally and internationally. Through partnerships and collaborations, exchanges and projects, Outer City Arts provides meaningful and relevant experiences for people of all ages.
